Being an experienced Canadian real estate broker, it was important to me to hire the right realtor when selling our Williams Island Condo. I interviewed a few local realtors who were knowledgeable about the island but was most impressed with Joseph and his team. They do not sell the most real estate on the island HOWEVER they sell for the highest prices and the least time on the market and that’s what mattered to me as a seller. They’re attentive, ethical and truly go above and beyond the call of duty to maximize their clients results. I HIGHLY recommend them.
