FastCare Urgent Care, located two blocks south of Aventura Hospital, is a walk-in clinic open 365 days a year. They offer a range of services including urgent care, workers compensation, drug testing, physical examinations, immigration medical exam, surgical clearances, and personal injury case services. With free parking and no appointments necessary, they are a convenient option for those in need of immediate medical attention. One patient, Robert K., shared that they had visited the emergency room four times in one month for chronic leg pain and found no relief until they visited FastCare. The knowledgeable and professional staff were able to help Robert, who has now been able to sleep through the night for the past eight days. Another patient visited FastCare with what they believed to be a pulled back muscle. Dr. C. Fayeghi took note of three red dots on the patient's back and prescribed appropriate medication.
