I signed up for free introduction class online and to my surprise no one called me back to confirm the visit or ask any questions (usually other places call right back next day to have a short conversation) and when I tried calling them, their voice mail was always full.Finally I arrived (as told in the message) 15 minutes earlier (or was it 20 min?). The room was full and I expected 15 min introduction, tour before the class (that's what the website says, that's why they say come 15 min earlier) but I was told to go and sit and wait for 15 min until the class starts.. oh... okay...So after sitting bored for 15 min class started. The classes are great. Just book classes in advance. And if you sign up for the waitlist, I recommend that there be no more than 5 on the waiting list. Raquel's classes are great!

Definitely @clubpilares changed my life.
