Great company. I paid for a year long contract with them, after having an issue six months ago. As part of the contract I signed up for, i would recieve filters and a free inspection in six months. When my included "free inspection" time came up after six months, I had forgotten about it, but they called me to schedule a time and came promptly at the agreed upon time and brought my next set of monthly filters and checked everything out. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant and professional team or experience. We've had zero issues since we contracted with them. I would highly recommend this company.
We had another local a/c company to do the six month maintenance on our air handler and heat pump about a month ago. Yesterday we discovered our a/c drain line clogged and the air handler overflowed because the float switch was faulty. The other company came out cleared the line and replaced float switch, but instead of wiring the new float switch directly to the air handler like it was originally they cut the line and spliced the wiring with wire nuts. They left bare wiring exposed below the wire nuts which arced when it touched the air handler which blew the fuse in the air handler causing it to stop working six hours after company said it was fixed.
