Brian and sons (AKA Spartan Trade) are very diligent workers who expect the best outcomes from everything they work on. They have installed a beautiful tile backsplash with nice looking grout. Subsequently when I let the kitchen faucet overflow my sink for 15-20 minutes, Spartan came in for what should have been a small job of replacing laminate flooring to repair it, but ended up finding old termite damage covered up by the previous owner (evidenced by a poor attempt at repairs). Spartan ended up needing to replace floor joists in several portions, remove/reinstall insulation, underlayment, sub-floor, Jacked up the home 1.5 inches where it has sunk, new vinyl laminate and painting the entire area which is now beautiful. I have sent pictures which I believe Brian will upload showing what they did and how wonderful it is now. Very heartily recommend Spartan Trade Solutions.
