“Very impressed with both the product and service here. My glasses were ready in the 7 days stated; I was pleased with the range of eyewear available and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I called back today for a couple of minor adjustments that were done on the spot.First time I've tried Walmart Vision rather than an independent optometrist. “I have been wearing glasses since the 5th grade and in those very long years I cannot remember such a seamless visit and after visit care. I've been able to contact the office without issue and get my Rx's to order glasses on my own through an after company and even get access to my contact rx. When I was in the office for a visit they were undergoing construction and yet the MA and staff were still doing great, organized, and had no issues knowing how to handle the patient load there. Beyond that, the physician was kind and knowledgeable but finally explained things to me about my vision that I've been asking for year to the other eye doctors I've been to.
