I wanted to share what I observed today. I own a Construction company (Grovin Construction) and am familiar with the challenges with having employees and multiple commercial trucks on the road with the company name printed on the side. The general public is more likely to share negative experiences than positive ones. I was Getting fuel at a gas station in Middleburg today when an older gentleman transporting lumber on the roof rack of his truck slowed to turn into the gas station. Good company to work for!! My hubby has been employed a little over 2 years as a foreman and is very well taken care of the owners genuinely care about their company and employees!! Way to go Jax Dirtworks

I have never had a superintendent who is worried about his employees the way Mr. Jamie aka Bubba is with us... He makes us feel like we are family and treats us all as equals.... He jumps into action when needed we definitely need more people like him
