“Great job by great people! I contacted Fabric Masters after receiving a mailing offering their services. I am usually skeptical of direct mail solicitations, but after calling Karen, I was impressed and set up an appointment. Karen and Harry both came by and inspected the work to be done. I asked them for an estimate to polish and seal our extensive kitchen granite counter tops, as well as clean our foyer marble fountain and 1st floor marble flooring. They both said that they would clean and polish the floors as requested, but the floors may need diamond grinding to bring back its luster. I quickly received an estimate, and agreed to the work.As scheduled. John and Cameron arrived on schedule, protected the surroundings with tape and plastic, and went to work. They were polite, courteous, and highly professional. As predicted, the flooring was much better, but did need diamond polishing. That day, Harry sent an estimate, and later that week John and Cameron diamond polished the floors. It made a big difference.We were also replacing our underhung kitchen sink. There was a problem with the person we contacted to do that installation. I called Harry and asked for his advice. He was here the next day to rectify that installation issue.It is rare these days to work with such honest and professional people.
