I wanted to share what I observed today. I own a Construction company (Grovin Construction) and am familiar with the challenges with having employees and multiple commercial trucks on the road with the company name printed on the side. The general public is more likely to share negative experiences than positive ones. I was Getting fuel at a gas station in Middleburg today when an older gentleman transporting lumber on the roof rack of his truck slowed to turn into the gas station. A large bundle on unsecured lumber fell off the truck and scattered across Blanding Blvd. Jax Dirtwork employees immediately ran over and helped the gentlemen pick up all the lumber and put it back on his truck. Ultimately they didn't have to help the guy, there was another exit they could have used. As a Business owner this is how we hope our employees will conduct themselves, be courteous, be respectful, be professional. Theses 2 employees today did that and I felt it was worth sharing. I believe the name printed on the drivers door was Austin.Regards,Kye

I never give reviews, so I'd like to think that me taking the time to type this carries some weight. Patrick and his crew exceed the standard expected of a Lawn Service company. Since buying our house in 2021, Patrick and his crewmembers have turned a yard that seemed to be made of Sahara Desert sand into an actual yard that completed the look of the property.Even more importantly, Patrick treated us like family. I had the same lawn care guy for about 6yrs, unfortunately and he had a stroke and can no longer work. So it's been about a month and a half since our lawn has been cared for. I tried finding other lawn care services to no avail. They were either way too over priced or just too unprofessional or they just were not a good match for what I was looking for. Dynamic Touch Multicare Services answered my quote request right on time. He called, came by and quoted me a price that morning and we agreed upon a price and he came back later that very same day. Mr.Abernathy did an A1 job. I was so impressed! The yard was cut to perfection and the bushes were cut, trimmed,pruned and shaped beautifully. He also removed the leaves from the yard & driveway. The guys from Big T’s were friendly, professional and represented the company well. We realized yesterday that we needed to cut into the concrete and they were able to get us in today preventing additional delays in our remodel. They communicated with our remodel guy and even though I was running a few minutes late they were pleasant when I got to my house and ready to work.
They have been cutting our lawn for over a year now and we are still very satisfied. We saw how good our neighbors lawn was looking and called them up. They have continued to do a great job with both lawns.Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

I was looking at a camper in Florida. They were extremely helpful. He inspected the unit and found multiple issue's with it. Which if the dealer would have been a bit more forthright I would not of needed him. We decided to end the inspection 1/2 way though. Even though I didn't buy the camper he still gave me a very detailed report He also cut a break because it was clear it wasn't worth buying. I would definitely use them again. He seemed to be one of the most horrible people I have met in the camping world so far.

I had a top notch kitchen table refinishing done by Adam recently. My wife and I can’t believe how he took a very dark old table and stripped it down to its natural maple color to match our kitchen cabinets. Totally worthwhile! Thanks for the extra effort…very professional. Bill D

Jim Gann the owner was present and hands on. Answers every question we had and walked us through everything from loading app to learning lights. A stunning product was produced. Our house looks amazing!

I have been going to [M] Salon since 2018! I can not give this salon enough stars and even though I have moved out of the Jax area, I still come back to get my hair done at [M] Salon. The authenticity of Miny and the continued learning and development of her craft makes this gem a salon that can not be duplicated. You not only get amazing hair care but you get a person that truly cares about her clients! I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! She helped my child (and me) through phases of eyebrow shavings and learning how to put on crazy make-up properly. Highly recommend for all life’s hair and beauty issues and events!

Did a simple clean up but it was far from simple. It was 10/10, when I say clean it up in other places it’s typically rushed and not detailed. The guy that did it took his time and he was gentle. This place is a must!

Emily the owner is so friendly and gives the place an amazing atmosphere. I went there today and didn't have an appointment she connected me to Ryan who was amazing to work with and his work is so great! I got 2 tattoos done. Ryan took a picture my neice drew me and made it an amazing tattoo! I will definitely be going back!!

I had an unusual problem with a main drain pipe in my condo that kept getting clogged. I had snaked it 3 times myself, but the last time the snaked it, the snake got stuck in the pipe. There happened to be another plumber working on another unit, that came over to get the snake out. But they were here like two minutes and broke the snake off in the pipe. I thought that can't be good, but they said that is what they would have done anyway. They put the sink drain back together, tested if was draining (which it was), charged me $90 (a discounted rate) and left. About a week later, the drain was clogged again. So this time I called Advantage Plumbing. Two gentlemen came out, and I explained the problem about the clog, and the snake being stuck, and about how the plumbing drain was connected in the condo (having seen it during renovations). The problem was that to access the main drain and vent, you had to crawl in a small opening in the wall, and my access area was covered with and old board with stripped screws. I told them that I had intended on replacing that board myself, but had not done it yet. They realized that this going to be a much bigger job than originally expected, and asked if I wanted to replace the board myself and just send them pictures so they could send me an estimate. They didn't charge me for the visit and sent me a very reasonable estimate to fix the problem. A different crew came out the next time, and they were great too. They cut a section of the cast iron pipe, pulled out the stuck snake, and used there heavy duty snake to unclog and really bad clog in the old cast iron pipe. They replaced the cast iron pipe they removed, with a new PVC pipe, and they added a clean out valve in case it ever needed to snaked again. Would definitely recommend them.
