“We went to Valley Florist in Arcadia for a big order for our class instructor yesterday and we're so glad we went with them!
It was my first time ordering through Valley and knowing our order was a gift to our instructor, I was nervous beforehand. The owner kept me informed every step of the way and assured me that the order would be delivered and on time!
She kept to her word, as we were the first stop of the day! We had a limited window from 9-12 where we could have the order delivered. At 10:25 AM, the order was successfully delivered!
Our instructor and our class was so happy with the order! The flower arrangement looked amazing and you could tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into the presentation. I wish I had taken a picture, as my words won't do it justice, but just know that they did an immaculate job with our arrangement!
Supporting local businesses is important to me, and I'm VERY thankful we did! Valley Florist did an AMAZING job and we couldn't be happier! We liked the fact that the owner was very responsive and kept us in the loop each step of the way. That's the service that may lack from the bigger florists or the online florists.
