My appointment was scheduled almost a week in advance. I called the office this morning at 8:11am to verify that they were still coming and was assured they were. They were suppose to arrive between 9:00am and 12:00pm. When they hadn't shown up by 12:15 I call and the manager kept trying to say that I was canceling . I ask for them to send me an email showing that they were the ones that not only didn't show, but didn't call. The manager was so rude and informed me that it was just a carpet cleaning it wasn't like it was a wedding. So rude and disrespectful . Absolutely no consideration that my day was planned around this time frame. I agreed to let them come today since I didn't have another day available. They arrived at 2:11pm started cleaning at 2:17 and were gone by 2:31pm. I have all of this on my camera .All they did was put water on my carpet. I will NEVER EVER use them again!!!!!!!

I wouldn't go here tbh, lack of communication asks you to leave your door unlocked & wont show up. Management will argue with you instead of making things right, and just all around a money hungry company with poor customer service skills. Most upsetting when you need to move out of a complex by a certain time & they just carelessly skip you and reschedule to a day you're probably not even available. So I advised you all to SKIP THEM!!!

I've used Carpet Valle in the past and whenever I place a service I always request Carlos as I've never had an issue with him, he's customer friendly and more importantly he does an outstanding job. This go around, the Owner ALDO had to reschedule my service to another day which was no problem however this new guy (Edgardo) who has a NASTY ATTITUDE is completing the order and not Carlos, who I explicitly requested. I called the Owner (Aldo) to discuss and he was an ABSOLUTELY RUDE A**HOLE. He never let me speak, cursed me out, hung up the phone and CANCELLED my service (even though the new guy was at my rental property). The Owner cancelled my service because he ASSUMED no one was home when someone was there at the property. Once that was answered, he had the nerve to ask me who is going to pay for the service. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THE OWNER IS A RUDE JACKASS THAT DOES NOT SEE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS A BENEFIT. This is NOT how we do business in the USA, I strongly urged to avoid this company. YES, they are cheap, but NO ONE should ever speak to anyone like that, EVER. My humanity is much more important and yes I would pay an additional $200 at another company versus this company.
