We've had Pure one water for some time. Absolutely love having a water softener makes all the difference in the world. I actually break out if the water softener is it off when I take a shower. I also like to say thank you to Bryan for always being so helpful. He recently spent time on the phone walking me through how to check my water softener and set things.

Called several water companies and Pure One was the first to respond. By first to respond I mean they answered the phone immediately rather than requiring me to leave a message for call back. The woman on the phone was very helpful and explained what I had to do and what to look for to insure my older system was able to be serviced. After sending pics of the unit, Bryan contacted me literally within 1 min of sending the pics. He talked me through some options and made sound recommendations for my situation. He did not up sell me on unnecessary services or parts. I value that type of customer service and Pure One has my business moving forward. Thanks Bryan!
