I'd gone here for a few years with Dr Petrilli, and was a little hesitant about the practice being taken over. After recently having a crown put in by Dr Bowen, I think he's even better. I'd absolutely recommend Dentistry of Apopka.

Unbelievable service! I had a tooth extracted at a crazy (very likely high) oral surgeon. It turns out that office called the Rx into the wrong CVS (even though they asked which one I used). Since all of the oral surgeon's calls go to voicemail I not get any help from the oral surgeon. The wrong CVS kept insisting that the prescription had been filled and it was too soon to refill it. Abby from Dr. Petrilli's office took charge and finally got it all straightened out. She went above and beyond. It is always that way it's this dentist's office. Dr Petrilli does a good job and when I had emergencies he was able to see me promptly. His staff is very courteous and attentive. The reason I am not giving him 5 stars is that every time you want to schedule a dental cleaning, you have to do it 4-6 months in advance. And if for some reason you need to reschedule, then you have to wait 4-6 months again. My husband and I had to go to other offices to get the cleanings and check ups done. The problem is scheduling cleanings. And this was happening even before COVID.
