Dr. Nadia Rivera is awesome. However, I’ve been going there for over 10 years and the quality of care from the practice and staff has declined with each sale or name change of the company. Now they don’t take commercial insurance and no notification was received. They sent a form letter but neither my husband or I received it. Which has been the case for 5 years. The bills make it to us, but the form letters keep going to an old address. Unprofessional is an understatement.

If I could leave a NEGATIVE STAR, I would. Trying to make an appointment with them for the past year was horrible. I was cancelled 4 times. I called today and was told that they no longer take my insurance, with no letter/email advising of the changes. So now after having Dr. Rivera as my primary doctor for the past 9 years (No complaints about her, she was always great), I have to search for a new doctor. I heard up would have been great. The office responded when I asked with, "oh I was under the impression letters were sent out, I apologize". The worst place ever. I hope Dr. Rivera leaves that practice like the other doctors did.

I used to be very Five Stars happy with this office for many years but lately and sadly, things a gradually falling apart.
I booked an appointment in May to see my favorite doctor (Dr. Roberto Perez) and since it was for a physical, the earliest time was for today Friday, 08/16/2024.
On my arrival, I was told that my doctor was no longer at that office and that they will no longer be using my health insurance; that was a HUGE double blow! I had to take time off from work to get there and was very disappointed that no one saw it fit to call and say something prior to my arrival.
