Today was my best vehicle purchase in 55 years+!!! Web site $$$ was honored without any hidden fees. Add tax, registration, title and plate fees and that is Out the Door price. No hard sale at F+I, you can purchase Ford extended warranty or GAP insurance but a single NO ends that presentation. No fees for electronic filing, private agency, etc., because you are issued a license plate attached to your purchase before you leave the lot. This business model should be the standard for the other stealerships. If Mullinax has the model with options you want, BUY IT HERE! Kevin in sales, Chris in F+I, and Warren as Sales Mgr are to be congratulated!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Jesse. The process was overall extremely simple. This dealership along with all of Mullinax Ford make it very simple to purchase a car as they only charge extra for tag and tax! They gave me decently fair trade in value, albeit it could've been more, was worth it as I didn't have to play the negotiation game like you do with most other dealers. In the end, it did take a bit longer than expected to purchase the vehicle, but I guess that's just how it goes. Worked with Nelson Santana on a couple possibilities for our family. He was very attentive and helpful. He was an active salesman and I greatly appreciate that very much in this market. We unfortunately didn’t find anything right for us yet, but Nelson is definitely a great salesperson and overall great customer service example.
