Absolutely blown away by the service from emergency repair tech Billy. We have an AC unit from Certified AC Services through a house we purchased about a year ago. The system was warrantied through the previous owner and passed on to us. When our unit stopped working this afternoon I was worried about a huge repair cost. Billy talked me through multiple troubleshooting steps without having to book an on-site appointment. It was a sweaty fix in the attic but he helped me get my AC back and running in a personable, highly knowledgeable and professional manner without a dime out of my pocket. I scheduled a service call with them. They installed my unit in 2010. Richard was on time, professional, friendly, and gave great advice on keeping my AC unit running. I highly recommend them for AC service and new AC units.

Highly recommend the maintenance plan; twice a year they come out to check the system and make sure everything is functioning correctly.
