“Back when I was 17 my dad Herbert Cater tattooed a panther on my forearm. I’ve been debating on what to do. I thought about covering it with the same panther but just a little larger, touching it up. I’ve stopped into a shop near the house and explained on what I wanted todo. After a few moments of him looking at it. He says I’ve got an ?. What if we don’t touch the panther but instead we preserve it by putting it in a time capsule! I was trying to picture it, he says let me draw on your arm what it could look like. Well today I had it done and I love it. I have another idea to add to it down the road .
