We contacted Paradise Plumbing at 7:30pm last night for a serious plumbing leak, they were very accommodating and scheduled a repair appt for the following morning. Tim came out this morning, he was very polite and efficient and the quality of his work was exceptional. Thank you for your prompt service.

Joe and Paradise Bay Plumbing have been angels in a horrible home buying experience. The water heater broke the day before closing and I was 6.5 hours away where I lived at the time! Joe was unfortunately apart of the drama created by a listing company and YET HE STILL did absolutely everything within his power to make sure I was taken care of- instead of walking away. The work was done quick and for the price he promised. There was absolutely no hidden fees, no "oh yeah I forgot", no nickel and diming, it was exactly what he quoted and done exactly when he quoted.
You do not find people this honest anymore. He has a customer for life!
