Our AC went out and we needed a whole new unit. We worked with Mike to find the best option for us, and next day the unit was being installed. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, and explained what happened to the unit, and what our options were. Robert and Tyler were super professional and did an amazing job installing everything. There was a slight hiccup, through no fault of the installers or max cool, and they came back and fixed it right away. Would absolutely recommend this company. And it's so nice to not be sweating inside our house anymore.
The technicians, Alton and Jason, did an excellent job installing our air conditioning unit. Their service was professional. Their courteous manner and timeliness were appreciated. Alton kept me informed of the process at every step.
Alton worked tirelessly and had a brand new HVAC system installed in 8 hours. The system is very quiet and works great. He did a very professional job. Mike came by the previous day and was also very professional and knowledgeable and had me set up the next day for installation. Highly recommended.
