I was skeptical at first because I’ve never worked out with weights before. I wasn’t looking to be buff and just wanted to lose weight and tone my body. I started with Francois about 3 months ago and glad I did! I have seen results every month and am pleased with the workout. It’s nothing like I expected and even though we use weights it’s not making me look like a man. If that little voice in your head is causing you hesitate, don’t listen to it and give Francois a try!! Trust me, you’ll be glad you did. Thank you Francois you’re the best!!!
You'll regret not working with Francois. He checks all the boxes of being incredibly knowledgeable, staying current on the health/wellness space, and genuinely wanting to see his clients succeed. Any random question I've had answered about fitness, food, and psychology around wellness has been instrumental in my goals. He's the first personal trainer that I've worked with who truly knows his stuff and is clearly passionate about what he does.For the general fitness program, I was pleasantly satisfied working with two other clients at the same time (I.e. it's typically 3 people total working out together). Francois met all my workout goals perfectly. Methodical strength training in a balanced approach to all parts of the body each training session. His attention to detail in terms of form and process allows you to maximize the multiple benefits from each individual exercise. This disciplined approach to building strength regardless of age, will allow you to reach higher fitness levels properly without injury.
