“We had Land & Sea put in a new 165 ft of seawall & a new dock. Joe & Bob came out & we discussed the 165ft seawall & the dock in-depth, which was followed up with a detailed estimate . Throughout the job we were in contact with Joe , Bob , & the crew almost daily, they answered all our questions. Both the seawall & dock look great & are very well built! The dock is much bigger than our previous one, with a walk around, a lift & metal roof. They came out better than imagined! Exceptional workmanship! We would recommend Land & Sea to anyone! “We just had the best experience with Shingle Masters and getting a new roof. From start to finish they were very professional and took care of everything and I mean everything!
We had 4 contractors come out and give us quotes just before hurricane Debbie. Eric and Shingle Masters without a doubt earned our business. With excellent communication skills and his personal knowledge of the roofing business he elevated all our concerns and worries, turning them into such a positive experience I’m at a loss for words.
We got a quote for roof replacement from Eric and Shingle Masters just before hurricane Debbie and we ended up with a couple of leaks during the storm. I called Eric and he had his guys out to tarp the roof the same day. Then for the insurance inspection we had to pull the tarp so they could “look” underneath for the damage. Eric personally came out and pulled the tarp and re-tarped everything after the inspection on a Sunday!! Not only earning our business but my respect.
After the roof was done, Shingle Masters submitted all the warranty information to the right people including the ones for our 2 new solar attic fans. They also included the wind mitigation form so I could give it to my insurance company for a discount.

“Unfortunately my home was flooded during hurricane Idalia. My immediate concern was, losing out on the holidays with my family. After interviewing several contractors, I never got the answer I was looking for. Not a single contractor said hosting Thanksgiving would be a possibility and only one seemed to think hosting Christmas was a possibility. A friend referred me to David Spence Inc. I called one day, he was out to assess the damage the next day. He was prepared to start immediately and was confident all repairs would be completed by Thanksgiving. Not only did David promise, but he delivered. He delivered not only on our originally planned repairs but also several, long awaited improvements I threw their way.
