I have been to many different gyms after moving to the southshore area and have never had the sense of family that I have here!!! Jessica is absolutely amazing!! Always there to answer a question and helps me with their app while I travel!
Jessica is a wealth of knowledge and passionate about her job and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. If you’re looking for 1:1 personal training or group classes I highly recommend this place!! It’s the best decision I’ve made and I’m extremely pleased with the results thus far.
