When our small dog was unexpectedly paralyzed from the waist down, they treated her immediately. We were strangers, hundreds of miles from home. We were frantic.?They immediately provided an appointment, treatment and excellent referrals. Thanks to their expert, urgent intervention she has made a full recovery. There isn't a day that goes by when we don't take a few minutes to gratefully watch her walk, prance, jump and run. We count our blessing that fate provided their intervention when we so desperately needed it. We have been back a year later. They are always so compassionate, knowledgeable and caring.
We are here for the winter from out of state and our dog became very ill. Our dog was transferred here by another emergency vet facility that didn't provide in clinic hospitalization. We can't say enough positive about all of the staff here. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything in terms we could understand not a bunch of medical terms. They took the time to make sure all our questions and concerns were answered. When we got our dog back they had even given her a bath and cleaned her up from being sick.
