After trying unsuccessfully to loose weight on my own I made an appointment with Joanne and she has helped me lose nearly 30 lbs in 4 months and 5 inches off my waist and hips each. Being only 5'3" this is a significant amount. Joanne has made this an easy journey with her positive attitude, meal guides, and helpful suggestions. I'm very happy I decided to do this. It has made me feel and look like a new person. If you've been thinking about doing this I would definately take the plunge!! Joanne is very knowledgeable, and the cost is reasonable. It's worth every cent.

Getting older and have been working out regularly form my entire adult life. I was not that overweight but my body kept wanting adjust upwards every couple years regardless of how i ate or exercised. I sought out a medical solution to resetting my baseline. Amongst all the noise and branded supplements at other places was a small clinic, close to home that seemed to check all the boxes.A short medical exam and blood work, use of well known otc and prescription and a plan to follow.
