“I attended the Gentle Flow class, which was great for my needs, due to arthritis in the knee and lower back issues. It was a bit warm in the room, maybe because of the class next door, so bring water to stay hydrated. During one of the floor exercises towards the end, my back was lower to the floor then at the beginning of class. I was truly impressed. This class was exactly what I needed. I will be back!“
