His staff is very well trained and know our pets by name. Our pets are very close to them as well. Ellen his office manager is very thorough and let's use know w hen our pets are due for vaccinations and meds. “Dr. Matagrano is phenomenal. She is the only vet that my dog ever felt comfortable with. He loved her! “Helped my Dobby and gave me medicine for him at a reasonable price. I got a next day appointment, which was a lot cheaper than going to an emergency vet. Didn’t turn my cat away for his aggression, he just had to be sedated. The vet’s assistant was very kind and gentle with my cat, which helped him not to be so afraid (he was slightly sedated in the photos).
