'm not really sure where to begin. I guess the most important thing to say is that Tara is simply amazing. She took care of everything for us from start to finish and made my wife and I feel secure, informed and in control during the whole selling process. Let me share a bit about our story. I received a job offer that required relocation. Things needed to happen rather quickly and we were in a situation where we needed to juggle a lot of things in a short period of time. Keep in mind this is also during a global pandemic. We spoke with Tara and she was able to quickly and accurately assess the value of our home. The most important factors to us were being able to sell in a reasonable amount of time, and having someone who really cared about us and our property. Over a short period of time Tara helped us to find contractors to paint, clean, pressure-wash, photograph and stage our home. She helped coordinate all of this as we were 3,000 miles away. The process was about as stress-free as possible. After all the work was done, the listing went live. Tara did a phenomenal job marketing our home, putting it on various reality sites, as well as posting quirky and fun videos to Facebook and Youtube. We had a number of showings the day the listing went live. The first weekend, there was an open house. The following Monday, so we were only on the market for 3 days, we had 3 competing offers. We went with one that was 15K over the listing price. Tara's first class service did not stop with the offer. She walked us through that process, as well as being present for the home inspection, and appraisal. We closed in record time, and could not be happier. Tara is simply amazing, you could not ask for a better real estate professional. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience.
