Soleo Health - Orlando

I'm surprised to see some of these comments. I've been with Soleo home health for at least 5 years for infusions every 3 weeks and have never had issues. Paula was my first home health nurse and then Nancy took over when Paula was promoted into another Soleo position. I have never had any issues. The nurse have always been fantastic.
My medication orders are always started with plenty of time for the meds to arrive in advance of the infusion dates. Paula, Nancy and everyone that I have dealt with at Soleo have been wonderful. Was scheduled for infusion as I have to do it weekly. Nurse was a no show. Called and was told the nurse they scheduled no longer works for Soleo, they will see what they can do. Lousy customer service.

I'm a Disabled Veteran and got MS from being in the military. My infusion medicine last treatment was sent to MISSISSIPPI from Orlando (I live 55 minutes from Orlando ). If I wasn't on top of things, I wouldn't have received my treatment. Even with that, it arrived after my nurse was here. I'm trying to get my treatment again 3/8/23, and the company hasn't set up the delivery of my medication yet. I called last month with plenty of time, and they NEVER got back to me when my Dr didn't sign the authorization, and I wouldn't have received my medicine this time if I once again didn't do this company's job.
