I recently bought some product from the Altamonte location and I have to say that Raul and the team's customer service was commendable. Raul has great follow up skills which was valuable as I needed additional flooring and he tracked what I needed to help complete the project. Also, the team loaded the material on my truck which I really appreciated. Ultimately the experience of doing business was top notch so I will definitely do business with the LL Flooring Altamonte location in the near future.
Raul was amazing! The experience was a world of difference from Lowe’s or Home Depot. Raul was personable, positive, respectful, honest, and took the time to make sure we got what we wanted. He did not push anything on us. Instead, guided us and answered all of our questions. Keep up the good work and I look forward to installing my new flooring.
We bought our flooring from LL flooring and have had the best experience with their customer service! Raul needs a raise or needs to be hired as the CEO or something. He is incredibly kind and helpful and is really great at his job.
