The day the permits were granted, Sam was out preparing the site for the dig the next morning. The dig, rebar framing, piping, electrical, and shotcrete all completed within ten days. “Just wanted to provide feedback on Paul Seal from Massey. As you probably know, Massey treats the outside of your home and only inside if/when necessary. As such, and combined with our schedules etc, we had not actually met Paul in person ( just thru security cameras). We recently requested a consultation as we had some bugs inside (probably introduced via cartons bought into house). Paul called a day in advance to confirm, and he arrived on the agreed day about 15 minutes into the 3 hr window we had been given. We found him knowledgeable in discussions, provided alternatives and left us with a tube of bait to deploy as necessary.All in all, a pleasant experience.
