“Mr. Handyman is a class act. They were in contact with me from the minute I said yes to the work that I needed to be done. I was informed with a picture and a text of who was coming and he was on his way. Prompt!. Derek was polite, knowledgeable, communicative and a pleasure to have come work for me. Felt so bad for him though, he was in my attic, on a 99 degree day! Kept my eyes on him to make sure he was good. Had a problem, not his fault, we discussed it and came to a amicable solution. He was in contact with home base (Andrew) as well. The job, took much longer than anyone anticipated, with that and the heat I thought it would be rushed. But no! Poor Derek was drenched!
