“The Joint Chiropractic is a chain. Their Altamonte Springs location is located near the Altamonte Mall within a strip of other business, including Jersey Mike's and Moe's. I first sought out The Joint when I began experiencing horrible sciatica pain (the diagnosis came from the ER when I went in due to the excruciating pain). Dr. James and his team have been fabulous! I honestly was hesitant to go in because I hate the "cracking" sound, but I was desperate. Dr. James thoroughly explains what's going on, the maneuvers he's about to do and why. He calmed my nerves and my back pain, which is why I opted to subscribe to one of their Wellness Plans. It's an investment into myself and an important one at that. I now enjoy my chiropractic adjustments and feel so much better after each one. I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic's Altamonte Springs location.“

“I never have trusted chiropractors, largely because of distrust my parents always had---that they (chiropractors) would claim to be able to treat anything, would subject you to long treatment plans and programs, the cost, etc. I went to Dr. Bennett for my low back pain today and . . . none of that. He actually told me that I had muscle pain from tightness in my hips that he couldn't help by manipulation. He then spent nearly an hour examining me thoroughly, stretching me, and treating the pain with ultrasound and electrical stimulation. He told me I'd probably be sore leaving (I was), but that I would feel way better by the time I got home (I did). I've grown so cynical and so tired of doctors not caring, being too busy, and not helping me. Well, this guy is WAY different. I have a background in Exercise Physiology, and this doc knows his stuff. Just an amazing experience, and he actually talked me OUT of coming back if I didn't need it. THANK YOU!“
