Pam is the best!!! I spent one month trying to find a particular porcelain tile that I liked. Every store, in and around my home, did not carry it. When she heard my frustration and dismay, she went out of her way and spent time with me to locate it. Even though I wasn't able to purchase it from her because her store was too far away, she willingly went ABOVE AND BEYOND in providing the friendly assistance that I so badly needed. Barry Neal Carpets, you are so fortunate to have such a wonderful employee.

A big thank you to Pam Singley, Sales Professional, for taking me through the flooring process from carpet to laminate floors to hardwood floors so I could make an educated decision on what I wanted to walk on in the upcoming years. Once my decision was made Pam made everything happen seamlessly from ordering to installation.Not only did Pam connect with me on a professional level she also connected with me on a personal level, which I truly appreciated.If I ever need more flooring I will be a returning customer.
