The Doctor was great and front desk was also kind. My Glasses broke and they managed to fit me into their schedule when I didn't have an appointment. The only issue I have is that I was told the ETA for my glasses would be 2 weeks and it's my 3rd week waiting now. I don't understand why it's taking so long but I don't blame the office for this. My time there was humble and professional.But if it takes another week (a month total) or more, I'll suspect the office didn't process my order March 9th. Ms. Chcretia went well out of her way to be kind to me, even when she was working alone with an office phone that did not stop ringing. She asked questions about my life in an empathetic and caring way, and I appreciated it. Dr. Reid was very knowledgeable as well. He had a way of explaining my astigmatism to me that was understandable. Together we ultimately chose a plan that was flexible AND affordable. All in all I am very happy with my visit and am now a loyal client to this wonderful office.Also(!) They let me come to my appointment early because they had availability which was very nice

This visit was the first time I ever" DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY VISION IN MY NEW EYEWEAR AND LENSES". Dr. REED and his staff are professional, courteous and the patient care goes above and beyond the extra mile of any competitor in his field. Thank you and God bless you all.
