HORRENDOUS. This guy is an idiot. NEVER returns phone calls, texts, or emails, even when you are an established customer. Whatever “ warranty” he gives is horeshit and worthless. He should suffer like the people and families who roast when the A/c fails and he doesn’t honor a warranty and doesn’t have the courtesy to return calls, texts or email. How pathetic and ignorant he. What an evil way to run a business. I’m contacting the State board of professional regulation.
