The haircut was excellent and they took the time to look at some pictures with my son and ask him questions to know when he washes his hair and what his process is like. Very professional. “My first experience was generally good but they were packed (good sign!), 40 min to close - I called ahead to make sure it was ok. When I walked in I was vaguely greeted and no one mentioned I was supposed to write my name on the clipboard so I was the last to be called instead of second to last. Regardless, Kenneth was my barber and he did a great job, really great looking cut and he knew exactly what I wanted with barely having to ask. I’ll be back but make sure to have an appointment next time!
