Been working with Rob, Jeannie and Mark for years for my personal and business taxes. Great crew, very friendly and professional. They're also personable and real too, which I love. I really don't have any complaints.

I would consider other accounting firms before selecting this one. They are very expensive compared to other Firms performing the same work. The Principals are very poor communicators (they rarely answer eMails or take forever before they do) and they rely too much on lower level clerks to prepare Tax Returns and on Tax Prep Software ( I think they use Quick Books) and no time on "Human" review of Tax returns. Nothing wrong with Quick Books but how can they justify hours of Billed time for entering numbers in their computer program? I never get any questions about my returns, only large invoices and lots of money due to the IRS. I never seem to get any refunds, only large amounts of Tax Due. I follow their Tax Advice and still have to pay in large sums every year. Look at other Accounting Firms before choosing this one as a last resort.
