This was my first time here and I was told you get your hair washed for free the first visit. That is not accurate. I was told it would cost $5 extra although I did see something pop up on the register when I was checking out that it was included but I didn't get it. Also, the woman who cut my hair didn't trim my sideburns or my neck. I had to go home and finish the job in several places. I picked this location because of the high reviews but they don't seem accurate. I did see the guy that someone mentioned cutting someone's hair and it looked bad too. It all seemed rushed.
Miss Victoria cut my 2 year old son's hair recently and did a fantastic job. She was friendly and patient - but also worked very quickly. I've taken my son to sports clips several times to the People's Plaza location but this was our first time in Pike Creek. Both locations have provided great service.
Me and my daughter Shellyanne had gone to Sport Clips for haircuts. During the ‘clipper cut’ portion of my daughters haircut the stylist, Kelly, bumped into Shellyanne and sharted. We didn’t say anything about it, but some got on the smock during the haircut. Shellyanne has autism and asked Kelly if she sharted and she said no. She cut my hair okay.
