Cindy give a fast, sharp haircut!I went back for another haircut, 4 months later, & it was just as fast, & sharp. This is my newest favorite hair salon.I must add, too, that Cindy is about one of the nicest people I've ever met. Ever.

I found this business through Yelp and other online sources- wanted a change from my old salon and boy am I glad I discovered Snip Hair!!!! Just like the other review had said it's truly a hidden gem. The entire crew there is wonderful- so welcoming and nice and just made the whole experience a blast. Steven sat down and talked to me about my hair and what was going on with it and what I wanted from my new hair style for probably 20 minutes. I never felt rushed or that I was taking up too much time just discussing what I wanted or didn't want. Too often you go into a salon and they take you right to the sink bowl and never bother to look at how your hair is dry and styled as you style it. It's just auto pilot. Not here. I loved that he took the time to talk to me about my hair and treated me as an individual relating specifically how he could improve my hair with how I wear my hair and how I style my hair. We discussed how long I have to work with my hair, what I was willing to do and what over all look I wanted. I knew right from there that I had found a great place!!!! Then he washed my hair (a service that usually gets passed off to another person) and cut and styled it. I was able to talk to Steven throughout the whole process both about my hair but also just normal chit chat. I felt at ease and happy and confident the entire time. He really has a great way with clients. The end result was fantastic. My hair looked and felt wonderful and I walked out of there knowing I would be eager to return. The price is a great value and the service is top notch!!! I would highly highly recommend Snip Hair to everyone. It really is a wonderful experience from the start to finish!!!

What a great hidden gem in Trolley Square! Snip Hair is a new salon that opened last fall. I went here last week to get some highlights for the summer and I cannot be happier with the results, service, and price (25% for first-time customer!)! I had an appointment with Steven, the owner/stylist at 6:30 p.m. (which was the earliest I was able to get off work). I have black hair and having had over a dozen highlights done in the past, I know that with my hair color, highlights can be tricky and can turn into that disgusting orange color if done wrong. Steven was aware of my concerns and we had a 20-30 min consultation on what exact color I wanted for my highlights and he took the time to explain to me the process and what he will do. Steven did a great job! I can tell he loves what he does and is a perfectionist. My highlights look natural and exactly what I had envisioned. Also, even though I was a late evening appointment, Steven did not rush through things and took his time and care to make sure my highlights turned out perfect. I left at 9:15 p.m. when the salon officially closed at 8 p.m. That really showed me the level of dedicated the salon has for their clients, which is something I really appreciate. Plus, with my 25% off as a first-time client, everything (partial highlights + blowout) was only $80 (I am used to paying $150+)! My hair, wallet, and I left happy! :)
