They caused my father to die before his time due to poor care and poor medical treatment. No one ever helped him at meals and he was alone except for when I visited him. I recommend if your value your life and the life of loved ones please do not go to this hospital.
So my wife had to come here for surgery today. Well it started awesome right from walking in the door. The guy tells me my son can't walk to the waiting room because my kid isn't 18. Ok fine... Then I get my son to camp and come back head up to the waiting room and it has plenty of kids I'm not 18. Then my wife's surgery ends and we get a call at 10 the doc says nurse will be right out to get me. After an hour and a half of waiting i finally find someone and get a status update and they tell me she will be out in 20 minutes. Not once has a nurse or doc come to the waiting room to. Give updates. They are callous cold and uncaring here. The facility and the staff are attrocious. Only come if you have to because of the doc doing surgery.
I'm back with the same issue regarding my uncle Jimmie French. I was able to go see him on a Saturday I spoke with the nurse and was advised to come back during the week to speak with a case worker in reference to his care. On my day off which was a Friday I went back as advised, and was not able get in to see my uncle or talk to anyone. I was given a number to a social worker which I called and left a message, however 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for a response. Not to mention they keep talking about a list that I'm not on, however the people on that list Salinda, Latoya, Nakia, Jimmie, Pam, and Nicole has not and does not visit my uncle, and have NOT BEEN APART OF HIS LIFE! AND SALINDA DORSET IS NOT HIS CHILD! WHEN MY UNCLE COULD SPEAK HE HAS MY MOM HIS SISTER AS HIS EMERGENCY CONTACT! RENITA MYERS FRENCH AND ON ALL HIS PAPERWORK! HOW CAN YOU GO AGAINST WHATS WRITTEN! ALL WE WANT MEANING HIS FAMILY THAT HE SHARED HIS LIFE WITH IS TO BE INVOLVED IN HIS CARE BECAUSE WE CARE! CONTACT ME @302-518-3300
