We have been using Open Systems for a number of months. My wife is mostly bedridden. She has specific needs for her care, including help showering and doing physical therapy. Her physical therapist and occupational therapist want to train her home aides to be capable of providing appropriate assistance in a safe manner.Not only does scheduled time fail to cover the number of hours needed, and even being reliable able to actual arrive at scheduled time, which home care worker will be assigned has been completely unreliable, meaning we have trained several assistants only to never see them again.Making things even worse, we've told them several times that as my wife...read full review

BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY!!! This company punishes you and make you responsible for the patients deteriorating health. I had a patient with Dementia and he accused me of doing things that wasnt true due to his state of mind. They fired me and tried to throw me under the bus blocking me from my unemployment. Cops was sent to my door and the company did nothing to protect me or even stand by me. All the proof of this patient state of mind is heavily documented but they still did not fight for me. I was standing alone. It was an extremely stressful ordeal. It is soooooo unfair and doubled standard.C
