Eric gave me the opportunity to continue living the life I love! When I first started working with Eric I was in rough shape. I had neglected my body and done some real damage to my ankles, knees, hips, and back. He did an amazing job seeing my body as a whole system and treating me accordingly. In the past I have had PTs spot treat my symptoms but neglect to target the root cause of my injuries. Eric took the time to listen to me and understand what I was going through and what I needed from my body to perform in the sport of crossfit.
