Walked in this morning to get a cut for my son and myself. When I walked in, nobody said a word until I said Good Morning. I asked one of the gentlemen cutting in the front if anyone was available to cut 2 people, he nodded yes and we sat down. After 2.5 hours of waiting (people were walking in after us and going directly into chairs). After patiently waiting 2.5 hours, I was told the barbers currently on duty were only taking appointments and the walk-in barbers were not in yet. Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.
