We aren’t new to Naturalawn. This is our second property that we’ve used their services. We recently got a new tech (Austin) and he hit the ground running. He answered all my questions and passed on some issues for follow-up action. They always do their part and I know I need to do mine. I need to keep up with the watering and I try to catch any spots that need patching early to prevent them from getting worse. I also keep my grass a little taller in the summer. Because of us working together I’m proud of our property
This is my second year with Natural Lawn of America. I've tried other services but they disappointed. My lawn looks better than it has in many years, even my back yard that I thought was hopeless, looks thick and healthy. My technician yesterday, Austin was very informative and friendly. As I have requested, the technicians always give me a heads up as to when I can expect them to arrive. I appreciate that. Thanks Natural Lawn of America.
If I am home when I get the service, the boys that come around (today was Austin Schneider) are very, very polite and knowledgable and a pleasure to talk to, if I refer a possible bare spot or dry spot, they do get concern and even take pics of my concerns…thank you for such a great group of employees.
