Horrible experience. Had an appt for 12:30, arrived 10 min early. No one at the front desk. I saw a staff member walk by a few times so I asked if I should fill something out, she tells me to fill out the form on the desk. I do that around 12:30. Front desk person comes back from lunch but doesn’t say anything to me - talks to her coworker the entire time I sat there. It’s 12:50 and I see the doctor leave the office. Then I hear the front desk person say he’s going to lunch and won’t be back for another 20 minutes. He gave me the wrong prescription, wouldn't let me do an RX check or just match my old glasses, until I went into the store and told them I'd be returning the glasses with the incorrect prescription. Magically they can match the new glasses to my (perfectly fine) old prescription on the spot. Seems like a racket to me. The ladies at lenscrafters are great, go elsewhere for your exam.

I went to this office last year for a standard eye exam plus a diabetic eye exam (a medical procedure). I had to come back for the latter bc the office was ill prepared. And this was just an amazing unprofessional operation.Everything was done on a tablet and yet SOMEHOW it was impossible to get either a receipt or my records emailed to me. It took me TWO MONTHS of follow up through Brosman's OTHER office to finally get my records.Unacceptable. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
