Worst experience ever councler’s are horrendous and added more stress. The supervisor was not helpful either. If your looking for counseling services don’t even consider this place.

I am so fed up with this place, and I don't even go there anymore! Linda and Tina at least listened to me, and were very competent and caring. This review is not about them.

My husband has been through multiple therapists there and this last one, Keith, took it upon himself to make conjecture about *my* diagnosis during *my husband's* sessions. Keep in mind that Keith has never met me, nor has he ever observed the way that my husband and I interact, nor has he ever observed the way that I relate with other individuals in my life. Journeys LLC, a mental health center, unfortunately, falls significantly short of the supportive sanctuary it claims to be. The following points encapsulate the disservice it renders to individuals seeking solace and understanding:1. **Inattentive Therapists:**- Lack of active listening.- Engrossed in their phones during critical therapy sessions.2. **Inaccessible Medical Practitioners:**- No availability for timely appointments.- Dismisses the urgency and importance of continuous medication.3. **Unjustifiable Bureaucratic Hurdles:**- Mandatory, lengthy monthly appointments for prescription renewals due to “licensure” constraints.- Creates additional stress, contrary...read full review
