Helena is amazing! I’ve tried acupuncture before and the way Helena does is completely different. Her knowledge and expertise are impressive and my body feels as I get a deep tissue massage after every session. If you want to achieve a muscle relaxation, and clear and calm your mind - I highly recommend trying Helena !!!
I started acupuncture with Helena after months of chiropractor and physical therapy visits to address back pain with no improvement. I was working with a new PT that completely limited my participation in physical activity due to my back pain. Despite doing all my home program and limiting movement I saw no improvement. If you don't improve with therapy it's not working. Within 2 week of seeing Helena that back pain was gone and we could work on some underlying issues. I continue to work with Helena as needed for back, trap, neck, and stress relief. In our sessions, Helena sprinkles in some job and life coaching. She is a gift to this earth.
Helena absolutely has a gift. Beyond her impressive knowledge about TCM and acupuncture, she is simply a warm, loving person to be around! All of my sessions with her have been insightful, restorative, and deeply healing.
