Over the weekend, I had an issue with a Jenn-Air range purchased 5 years ago; it was not purchased from Hawkins. I decided to submit a question to the team at Hawkins. Karen, Cierra, and the team were extremely responsive and gave me options on repairing my range. They ended up ordering the part that I needed and had it available in the repair shop within 48 hours. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service. Thank you!
We couldn't be happier with our experience with Hawkins and Sons. We ordered a new Cafe range, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a Sub Zero refrigerator. The salesman, Michael, was very knowledgable, and the delivery/installation guys were highly skilled as well as personable and customer focused. Soon after they left we realized that there were some functional issues with the range, and that our refrigerator was just that, all refrigerator and no freezer. Unfortunately, that was July 4th weekend, but when I called when they reopened, they promptly dispatched a technician for the range, and started researching the refrigerator error. This is why I love some locally owned businesses; I had two appliances that needed repair. I called in and spoke to a very personalable service coordinator who thoroughly when over the service call fee and estimated labor and parts then was able to answer all my additional questions. A professional speaking gentleman called me on my day of service gave me a time fame and was right on time. I was so happy to say my appliances were up and running same day due to the parts needed were universal I was told and they carry them on the truck 99% of the time.
