I started going to this salon in college (‘08 or ‘09) after an awful experience at a new salon in Dover where I lived. Believe I found this salon online. But I’ve continued to come here strictly since! Living in Dover, Baltimore and now DC I still come to this salon to get my trims, haircuts and blowouts. I trust them with my hair and am never upset with poor outcomes. Due to the heat I don’t get blowouts often but a couple times a year I make the drive here. This is one of the best salons I've ever been to there nice it's a warm atmosphere and all of the stylist are amazing and kind my hair is always well taken care of when I go to el Pueblo and their pricing is very affordable if you care about ya hair go to el Pueblo EOWWWWWW

They DO NOT know how to detangle natural hair properly.. alot of my hair fell out bc they was tugging on my hair. My hair came out really nice but its not okay they combed my hair so hard i started to have a bad headache
