Dr. Kim was highly recommend by my dentist Erin Britt and he was awsome at explaining everything to me and any concern I had or he had we resolved quickly. Now let me tell you about his staff at the front desk. When I called to schedule the appointment I spoke with Danna. So was so sweet and got me in very quickly. Then when I walked in around 7:45 this morning I got to meet with Shannon a.k.a. (the singer) wow what an awsome person. We talked to each other like we known each other forever. We took care of business and then we joked and carried on like to friends would do. Then after I finished with Dr. Kim came out to meet with Kristen who is another amazing person. She was very perfessional but also very friendly and funny. She had to call my doctor to get clearance for my up coming appointment she took care of that no problem. We all were talking singing laughing it was just so nice to walk in and out of that office with people who make you feel like they really care but also are down to earth and make your day. “I was in a bind with my old ortho. They dismissed me from their practice even if I did pay my balance, they said it’s protocol. somebody told me about gentle touch smiles, and they always have discounts, they took my old bracets off and are putting new ones on. Also I suffered from depression really bad and was grinding my teeth and ended up chipping two.. the doctor told me not to worry, she will fix my teeth that I been very insecure about. When I say this place is a life saver I mean it. The process was not complicated at all. And they listen and tend to your personal needs. I highly recommend this place and this a very honest review“
